Sightseeing: Stop by the vast, pine-fringed Umiam Lake (Barapani) for photos or boating. Head straight to the spectacular Laitlum Canyons to stand over massive, cloud-filled valleys. End your day browsing the local cafes, music scenes, and markets at Police Bazar in Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong to Cherrapunji Waterfalls (Approx. 55 km / 2 hrs)
