Day 1: Guwahati Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station where your private vehicle and driver-guide await. Spend your first day settling into the gateway city of Northeast India.

• Sightseeing: Visit the historic Kamakhya Temple atop the Nilachal Hills to take in panoramic views of the city. In the evening, head down to the riverfront for an optional, relaxing sunset cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River.

Day 2: Guwahati to Shillong & Laitlum Canyons (Approx. 120 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, leave the plains of Assam behind as your vehicle begins its scenic uphill drive into the cool, refreshing mountain air of Meghalaya.

• Sightseeing: Stop by the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani), a massive water reservoir surrounded by lush pine hills, perfect for photographs. Head straight to the spectacular Laitlum Canyons to stand over massive, cloud-filled valleys. End your evening exploring the lively cafes and shopping hubs at Police Bazar in Shillong.

Day 3: Shillong to Cherrapunji Waterfalls (Approx. 55 km / 2 hrs)

Day 5: Dawki to Jowai (Krang Suri Falls) to Shillong (Approx. 130 km / 4 hrs)

Drive north into the beautiful and less-explored Jaintia Hills district to witness one of the most stunning waterfalls in the country.
